Where's The FBI?
Left-wing demonstrators once again descended on the quiet Alexandria, Virginia, neighborhood where Justice Samuel Alito lives. Their actions are a clear violation of federal law that prohibits demonstrating outside of judges' homes. Here is the language of the relevant federal statute:
"Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge . . . in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge . . . or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."
Of course, Attorney General Merrick Garland, who was quick to go after concerned parents at school board meetings, hasn't been heard from or seen in days. Where is he? And where is FBI Director Christopher Wray?
Meanwhile, protesting outside of homes is also a violation of Virginia state law. Governor Glenn Youngkin is vowing to ensure the safety of all Virginia residents.
