A new report by our friends at the American Principles Project (APP) finds that the Biden/Harris Department of Education (DOE) selectively targeted Christian colleges and universities for enforcement actions.

For example, even though less than 10% of American college students attend Christian colleges and universities, those institutions make up nearly 70% of all DOE enforcement actions. Incredibly, not one Ivy League college faced similar enforcement actions, even though they are overrun with rampant antisemitism and pro-Hamas sympathizers.

The DOE’s enforcement actions center around the Clery Act, which requires colleges and universities to disclose information about campus safety. According to APP, the average fine imposed on public institutions for Clery Act violations is just under $230,000. But Christian colleges and universities were slammed with an average fine of $815,000 by the Biden/Harris administration.

But that’s peanuts compared to the $14 million fine the Biden/Harris DOE imposed on Liberty University and the record $37.7 million fine against Colorado Christian University (CCU). The CCU fine alone was larger than all Department of Education enforcement fines levied over the past ten years combined!

Thankfully, the outrageous anti-Christian bias of leftist bureaucrats at the Department of Education is coming to an end in 49 days.
