Tremendous Choice

President-elect Trump has been making a lot of announcements lately about key appointments in his administration. One recent announcement you may have missed is the tremendous choice of Harmeet Dhillon to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.

Dhillon is a real fighter. According to the left-wing media outlet Politico, she “built her name antagonizing California Democrats. . . For years [she] played a central role in culture-war legal battles over diversity, free speech, and Covid closures.”

Those “culture-war legal battles” also included fights against insane policies that prevent parents from knowing if their child is being “transitioned” by the public schools. She is also representing detransitioner Chloe Cole, who is suing the doctors who sterilized her and mutilated her body when she was a teenager.

Whether they realize it or not, every family with a Jewish child in college got great news yesterday. Anyone who cares about the epidemic of antisemitism that has swept our big cities and university campuses during the Biden years is applauding her nomination.

Reacting to the pro-Hamas campus protests, she said:

“I think these students are little terrorists. They’re terrorizing Jewish students, and they’re terrorizing everybody who wants to get an education at that campus and that is not permitted by the First Amendment...”

This is a tremendous appointment in the battle against Jew-hatred.

Moreover, Dhillon’s nomination will end the Biden/Harris regime’s persecution of pro-life activists.
