The Real Threat

Two weeks out from Election Day, Kamala Harris took the day off from the campaign trail. She needed a break to prepare for her interview with NBC News.

Like Joe Biden, Harris says she wants to unite the country. When NBC’s Hallie Jackson asked Harris if she would pardon Donald Trump to help unite the country, Harris refused to answer the question.

Harris also struggled when Jackson asked if she had been honest with the American people about Joe Biden’s failing mental capacity. When pressed as to why she is on the ballot and Joe Biden isn’t, Harris had no answer to that critical question.

But here’s the real “news” from the interview.

Jackson asked Harris how she would compromise with Republicans in Congress to get any abortion-related legislation passed. Harris essentially filibustered and didn’t answer the question.

So, Jackson pressed again, specifically asking Harris if she would even consider including religious exemptions in abortion legislation. Harris replied, “I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about [abortion].”

That’s a deeply disturbing statement. The overwhelming majority of Americans oppose forcing Christian hospitals, doctors, and nurses to violate their faith. No one should be forced to take part in the radical left’s sacrament of child sacrifice.

But men and women of faith may be forced to bow to Caesar instead of God because too many of their fellow Christians neglected their obligations as Christian citizens.

This is the reason I am working with the James Dobson Family Institute, PublicSquare, and others to sue the Biden/Harris administration. We are taking them to court because this administration is already forcing oppressive regulations on Christian ministries and businesses.

Here’s one example.

The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act is meant to help pregnant women by requiring employers to make reasonable accommodations for them. The Biden administration issued regulations twisting the law so that employers must now help employees seeking abortions.

They took a life-affirming law and turned it into a death-dealing law. They want you to pay for these abortions, and they want to force Christians to participate in killing innocent babies.

We are trying to stop this threat to religious liberty now.
