Chuck Schumer is scrambling to ram through as many far-left judges as he can while he still can. But there is a case pending in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that exposes the insane activists the left is putting on the federal bench.

Judge M. Margaret McKeown, a Clinton appointee, is hearing a case involving a traditional Korean women’s spa in Washington State. Because the spa offers a body scrub that requires women to be fully undressed, the Christian owners do not allow men in the women’s spa.

Well, men pretending to be women wanted to get into the spa and they sued claiming discrimination. Not that long ago, this would have been an open-and-shut case. But Judge McKeown declared that the “women only” policy was just like a “white only” policy.

The left wants to break down all the rules of normal life. And they’re showing that their concern for women ends once a woman has aborted her baby.
