The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is on high alert for domestic violence as a result of the leaked draft opinion from Justice Samuel Alito overturning Roe v. Wade. DHS sent out a memo last week warning law enforcement agencies to be prepared.

Predictably, the DHS memo tries to tie the pro-life movement to white supremacy. I wish I could tell you this was a bad joke. Unfortunately, it's not. This is the same bureaucracy that investigated concerned parents at school board meetings as "domestic terrorists."

But the rest of the memo outlines other threats that have been intercepted since the leak of Alito's opinion. What's being threatened is the murder of Supreme Court justices, their clerks and members of Congress, the burning down of the Supreme Court and attacks on churches. 

Those threats are clearly not coming from pro-life Americans!

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer have all presumably been briefed on what our intelligence agencies are picking up. Yet, they have repeatedly refused to condemn the demonstrations at the justices' homes. 

If you're a radical extremist and possible assassin who wants to kill a justice, the biggest gift you can get is a crowd that you can melt into outside a justice's home. Everyone knows that crowds make threat assessments much more difficult to handle.

What could be motivating the administration's absurdly cavalier position regarding this danger? Well, when the news broke that Justice Antonin Scalia had died at a Texas hunting lodge, the political left erupted in celebration. 

Please pray for the safety of the Supreme Court justices, their clerks and their families. 

There should be an avalanche of criticism today from every decent journalist and member of Congress blasting the administration for refusing to condemn the left's violence. Biden's refusal to condemn the protests at the justices' homes is an ugly thing in this increasingly ugly atmosphere.
