A Win For Women

Here’s some good news in the war over Faith, Family, and Freedom. The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act passed the House of Representatives yesterday. All Republicans voted for the bill, and all Democrats, except two, voted against it.

The act bans men from female athletic programs and defines sex as “a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.” This language is meant to prevent a future liberal administration from trying to do what Joe Biden did because that obvious definition is no longer so obvious to many on the left.

Some “political experts” thought that after Kamala Harris’s defeat, liberal politicians might move to the middle. They will not. They are all in on abortion and LGBTQ ideology. Anyone who gets out of line will be smashed.

Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) got the message. After the election, Moulton criticized his party for going too far left on LGBTQ extremism. But yesterday, he fell in line and voted against this commonsense legislation.

Rather than change their extreme position, Democrats just changed their tactics. They didn’t argue that it’s perfectly normal and okay for boys to cheat in girls’ sports and invade their private spaces.

Their new line of attack is to claim that the only way to prove a girl really isn’t a boy is to give her a genital examination. So, according to the left, the GOP bill will subject your daughters to sexual molestation at school by someone who insists they remove their pants to get a look at their genitals.

That was the counterargument Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez made yesterday with great passion. House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries said the GOP bill would empower child predators.

That’s really rich!

AOC and Jeffries voted against legislation to deport illegal aliens who assault women and children. AOC and Jeffries support insane open borders policies that result in little girls and women being sexually trafficked.

It’s also a really stupid argument. As Riley Gaines noted, virtually every high school and college requires student athletes to have physical exams. They don’t want athletes with medical problems collapsing on the field. During those exams, doctors routinely confirm the gender of the patient.
