American Values
A 2024 Olympic Review
The 2024 Olympics are now history. They began with a disgusting mockery of the Last Supper brought to us by the LGBTQ “mafia.” There were other low points, including men pretending to be women beating up actual women and getting Olympic medals for doing so.
In spite of those things, the Olympics had a lot of inspiring moments. Many U.S. athletes distinguished themselves. In the end, we tied communist China in gold medals, each nation receiving 40. We won the “tie-breaker” by far outpacing communist China in silver and bronze medals.
There was another interesting moment. On Sunday, the U.S. Women’s basketball team won the gold. During the playing of our national anthem, many were surprised to see basketball star Brittney Griner with tears streaming down her face.
Not that long ago, Griner hated the Star-Spangled Banner. She would kneel when it was played in a display of disrespect. She urged the league to not play it at all.
When did her hatred for America apparently turn into love? Easy answer. She spent 10 months in a Russian prison. There is nothing like a foreign prison to give you perspective.
